About Me

My previous career was in radio and I was a producer making programmes for Radio 4.  Very interesting but often stressful with lots of deadlines.

Frequently I’d arrive home depleted of energy with an aching lower back.   But then I discovered that things could be so different.   To find out how the Alexander Technique can help you why not try it out with a trial lesson to see if you like it?

Can it help you?

The most common reason people turn to the Alexander Technique is because they are in pain.

It can help with many problems including back pain, repetitive strain injury (RSI), a slipped disc, tendonitis, a stiff neck, shoulder pain, sciatica, and osteoporosis.

It’ll also help you stress less as you juggle the busy demands of your life.

And you’ll feel more comfortable, more energetic, and calmer too.
