I am based at BBC Broadcasting House once a week.  I used to work there as a radio producer.

Now I have returned to teach the Alexander Technique.

I am also running a series of workshops for the Women’s Institute and have recently given a talk at South Herts Golf Club.

I am happy to work on site with businesses and organisations offering one to one appointments, talks and workshops.

About Me

My previous career was in radio and I was a producer making programmes for Radio 4.  Very interesting but often stressful with lots of deadlines.
